Developers release updates to their plugins and themes all the time, and sometimes they’re time-critical updates due to exploits or vulnerabilities.
Our site monitoring tools ensure timely updates to your critical website infrastructure.
Extremely Tight Security
Cyber attacks are all too common nowadays, so we make sure that your site’s security is virtually unbreakable.

Why do I need you every month? Can’t I pay for one month, get all the fixes, and then leave?
Whilst there are some fixes we do in the first month that will have a lasting effect, a number of premium features only come with being an active customer. Security, backups, and some speed improvements, to name a few.
Each month you’ll also benefit from our active, hands-on, daily management, plus you can also take advantage of our page and post service, where we’ll add content to your site to keep it fresh.
How do I buy a website management plan?
It’s best if you talk to us first. We’d like to find out your specific needs and talk about how we’ll improve your site.
Plus, we’ll need to get secure details about your site and hosting that we’d prefer to grab over the phone.

Do you manage my website 24/7?
Yes. We use some automated tools that alert us if there’s a problem.
An actual human checks your site numerous times a day via a separate monitoring tool that we link to your site. This tool allows us to centrally manage your website’s back-end and keep it up-to-date, secure, and performing at its best.
Do you manage WooCommerce websites?
Yes! Our website management service includes ongoing support for WooCommerce and all WordPress eCommerce plugins. And even better, we don’t have a Pro or Premium subscription. Everything, including eCommerce support, is included in our one simple plan.
How often do you backup the website?
Backups of your website and your website’s database are taken as often as hourly. We gauge the frequency needed according to your business and website needs.
Can you clone my site or create a ‘staging’ version if I need it?
Yes. However, this is a service we don’t offer as part of our website management package.
A one-off fee of $85AUD would be charged for each clone or ‘staging’ copy of your site.
We would need additional login details from you so that we can access your hosting account.

# – Five pages or posts are included in your site management plan each month, and then it’s $12AUD for each one after that. The counter resets on the first of each month.
