How long will the website take to design?
The design process has many steps, depending on your site’s complexity. If you’re after a 1-page site, we could have it done in a few days. Add another day to purchase any domain name, set up hosting, and one more day for testing and going live.
If you’re after a more typical, multi-page site and have all your text and images ready to go, we’d be looking at a 7-day minimum for the same thing described above for the single-page site.
Sites that sell products and need an e-commerce solution will need three to four weeks, providing you have text, images, and prices ready to go.
Do you offer discounts or not-for-profit prices?
We’re always happy to discuss discounts for NFPs, and if you have used the calculator above and think the price is a little steep, let’s chat and see what we can do to improve it.
Can I see examples of sites you’ve designed?

What if I need some changes after the site’s gone live?
No problem. Any changes or updates are included up to 60 days after the site has gone live.
I must add posts, pages, or products once the site is live. Can you help with that?
We’re here for you. Any additional blog post after the site’s gone live will cost $35AUD, and any additional page or product page will cost $50AUD. We’ll discount those prices by 20% if you need 10 or more in one batch.
What if I need other changes, like new email accounts, new plugins, or search engine optimisation?
For regular maintenance and management of your site and account, we recommend you take advantage of our website management service, which starts at $53AUD/mo.

What kind of training do you provide so I can look after the site myself?
The training we provide is included in the price quoted and is typically live training via Microsoft Teams. It usually takes an hour and will be recorded for you to watch again if needed. We’re happy to do a second session if we don’t finish everything in the first hour.
How secure will my website be?
From highly secure to ridiculously secure. We’ll talk to you about what level of security suits you best.
Rest assured that multiple daily backups are included in our hosting options, just in case.
